Terms and Conditions
Prices and fees vary by location and season. In order to secure your reservation you must pay in full with a major credit card – Visa or Mastercard or American Express or Discover. Also, because of our high rate of sell out, you may want to call and make your reservation over the phone. This is particularly important if you are making a reservation less than 7 days before your preferred rental date.
72 Hour Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your reservation at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled rental in order to receive any refund. If you fail to arrive for your rental and we are not contacted 72 hours in advance we cannot issue you a refund due to the high demand to reserve vehicles and schedule guides ahead of time. Sorry, but there are no exceptions. Also, please only reserve vehicles for the days that you need – there are no refunds for early returns.
Deposits as low as $1500 per vehicle, an authorization will be done on your card before the rental. Any actual damage costs will be charged immediately.
Your Reservation is not confirmed until you receive a Reservation Confirmation by email from AZ ATV Rentals.
21 or older to rent ATV’s / UTV’s 18 or older to operate ATVs / UTV’s Drivers license required Have a valid credit card $25-$250 cleaning fee if ATV / UTV isn’t brought back clean. $35 refueling fee if vehicle isn’t brought back with a full tank of gas Damage to AZ ATV Rentals ATV’s / UTV’s are 100% the responsibility of the lessee to pay for. In the event that an ATV / UTV is returned with damage their will be up to 7 days to assess the damage to obtain the damage amount. Any late returns will be charged $100 per hour per machine up to 3 hours and forfeit entire deposit if more than 3 hours late. Rentals times range from 2, 4, and 8 hour time periods Please call for extended rental periods There are no refunds for early returns Reservations require 100% down to guarantee rate and rental date. Security Deposits are due at time of pickup. Maintenance for rentals is the responsibility of the lessee. This includes checking the motor oil level and any other operational oil levels. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in ATV operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.
